Offices and Warehouse (Part Refrigerated Warehouse) - Liverpool
Astimo were appointed by a large pharmaceutical company to provide pre-contract quantity surveying services to set-up the development of a 45,000ft2 warehouse facility. The partly refrigerated warehouse will be used to store medicines and healthcare products. The development incorporates office accommodation, testing facilities and welfare amenities for personnel.
